INSTRUCTIONS: Place transfer on shirt, press at 325 Degrees Fahrenheit for 7-10 seconds, hot peel carrier sheet or TEFLON SHEET, butcher paper, or telfon Sheet and press again for 7 seconds. Use heavy pressure.
